Rose Lynn’s passion is to care for the souls of leaders. It is through the discipline of Spiritual Direction that she desires to see people move beyond their intellect and knowledge of God to heart knowledge. She longs to help others cultivate a deeper relationship with God by becoming more intimately aware of God’s voice and God’s presence in their life.

Her authenticity, compassion, and sensitive heart provides a non-judgmental, confidential, and safe environment. This invites others to be genuine as they examine the questions and the struggles that they experience in their journey of faith and life.

Rose Lynn’s warm personality encourages others to discover the truth of who they are in Christ. From there, they can experience healing through God’s word by walking in freedom and not in the lies that hold them back. Her heart is for healing within relationships – faith, marriage, family, friends, community, and church. By modelling a love that respects diversity and values one another in healthy ways, these relationships become a safe place to find true joy, hope, and delight.

She inspires others to discover the Truth through Scripture reading and prayer when speaking at conferences, retreats and workshops. As an educator, Rose Lynn enjoys teaching and bringing God’s word to life through various spiritual exercises that engage her listeners and transform their lives.

Rose Lynn is a Certified Spiritual Director (CSD), an Arrow Executive Leader (AEL), has a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) with a concentrate in Spiritual Formation from Tyndale University College & Seminary, and a Bachelor of Education from York University.

She takes great pleasure in enjoying God’s handiwork within nature, especially going on trail rides with her horse, Beauty. Rose Lynn has been married for 26 years to Graham and they have two children, Nathan and Dorétie. She and her family enjoy spending time together at the family cottage, playing games, camping, and travelling.

Rose Lynn is professional and loving, with a genuine willingness to share and discern as she invites Jesus into our sessional. Through her, we have learned valuable strategies for seeking the Lord and hearing His direction.
