Mission and Vision
ISAIAH’S CALL – Come...Rest, Renew, Restore, Return. (Isaiah 55)
MISSION – To encourage leaders to rest, renew, restore, and return by connecting their heads and their hearts to God.
VISION - To equip Christian leaders for a life of wholeness and holiness for the freedom of others.
- Rest – A sanctuary for the weary and depleted to replenish their heart, soul, mind and body. (Matthew 11:28)
- Renew – A fresh filling of strength and courage for the next season. (Isaiah 40:31)
- Restore – Bringing brokenness before the Lord for healing, in order to lead from a place of greater wholeness. (1 Peter 5:10)
- Return – Continuing in the journey of faith and life after being filled with God’s mercy, compassion, and love. (Joel 2:13)

Core Values
- Soul Care – Spiritual formation of leaders through care that nurtures them to live in the freedom of who they are in Christ and in wholeness of mind, heart, body, and soul.
- Purposeful Rest – Creating space for intentional pause and active listening so that leaders can lead from a place of freedom and abundance.
- Equipping for Wholeness – Training leaders to lead from a place of wholeness so that they are equipped to lead others to live and walk in freedom with Christ.
- Authentic Relationships – Empowering leaders to think and behave differently that will lead to wholeness, healing, and freedom within their relationships.
- Strengthening Marriages – Creating freedom in marriages by integrating the intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual spheres to honour the divine covenant and the sacred act of marriage.
- Building Legacies – Bringing healing and direction while equipping parents to intentionally build a legacy of faith and raise up the next generation of leaders.
Worldview
- God – There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Scripture – The Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is the standard for faith, life, and conduct.
- Personhood – All people are created in the image of God - male and female. Every life is of intrinsic value and significance.
- Marriage – Honouring the sacred covenant of marriage between one man and one woman.
- Family – A gift of multi-generational life experiences where faith is lived out in its most authentic form and each person, regardless of age, adds extreme value.
- Community – We have been created in the image of the triune God; our very essence is designed to live in community.
- Leaders – Christian men and women who dare to be humble, godly, and influential individuals in all aspects of life (i.e. home, school, church, and vocation).
- Stewards – Called to care, cultivate, and be curators of creation, relationships, resources, and time.
